Scott DeGeeter

Vice President, Operations


Scott DeGeeter has over 25 years of experience and has held roles in energy commodities trading, finance, business development, and facility operations of power generation in municipal, independent power and public companies.  His technical experience includes operations and maintenance management of General Electric Frame 5,6,7EA,7FA; Siemens / Westinghouse 251,501, 501F; Pratt & Whitney FT4, FT8; Mitsubishi 501GAC and General Electric, Siemens Steam turbines and B&W and Combustion Engineering Boilers in union and non-union teams.

Currently, he is serving as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for the safety, reliability, operating performance and cost effectiveness of plant systems and equipment.  Prior to joining IPSC, Mr. DeGeeter worked at Portland General Electric, ENMAX Corporation, and Constellation Energy serving in various roles such as Plant Manager, Plant General Manager, and Director, Asset Management.  His plant experience also includes Gould Street Station (120 MW) and Riverside Station (100 MW) at Constellation Energy.

Mr. DeGeeter has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Technology from New England Institute of Technology.
