Kyle V. Adler

Kyle V. Adler has been in the energy industry for more than 30 years working in a number of fields such as oil, gas and power generation. Mr. Adler has held a number of operations and staff positions including first line Supervisor, Project Manager, Senior Human Resource Consultant, Human Resource Business Strategy Project Manager, and Director of Human Resources.

Mr. Adler joined IHI Power Services Corp. from Exelon/Constellation Energy where he served as Director of Human Resources of Constellation Power Generation's West Region for five years. In this role, Mr. Adler was responsible for workforce planning, acquisition, development and metrics for 11 power generating facilities in California, Texas, Utah, Nevada, and Canada.

Mr. Adler joined Constellation Energy from Southern California Edison (SCE) in Rosemead, California where he was Project Manager, Human Resources Business Strategy. He also previously served as Senior Human Resource Consultant in the Employee Relations group, Human Resource Consultant at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Outage Planner at San Onofre, and Health Physics Supervisor also at San Onfore.

A native from Wyoming, Mr. Adler holds a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and an Associate of Science in Oil Field Drilling and Production from Colorado Northwestern College. He is an active community volunteer and serves on the board for the Independent Energy Human Resource Association.
