Charles E. Odrechowski has been in the power generation industry for more than 30 years serving in a number of capacities including asset management, plant general management, business development, plant engineering, and project management.
Technologies include biomass, gas turbine, nuclear, reciprocating engines, and oil fired facilities. Mr. Odrechowski joined IHI Power Services Corp. from Exelon/Constellation Energy where he served as the plant manager of the Rocklin power plant. In this role, Mr. Odrechowski was responsible for the maintenance, operation, personnel management, and financial performance of the facility. He holds the same position with IHI Power Services Corp.
Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Mr. Odrechowski held roles including asset manager of 3 large gas turbine facilities with LS Power, director of operations for 9 facilities with Noresco, director of compression with Equitable Resources, and energy manager with Pace Global. He has performed start-ups in Pakistan, China, the UK, and Russia.
Mr. Odrechowski holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Idaho State University, a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Information Systems Management from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Registered Professional Engineer from the State of Connecticut and is also a retired naval officer.
